Professional Residential Home Inspections
D5 will provide you with a complete professional home inspection. A home inspection protects your new home purchase by exposing defects, deficiencies and other conditions of the home prior to purchasing. D5 Home Inspections will provide you with a full detailed report of the home you are purchasing, to help with your dream home purchase decision!


New Construction Completion Inspections
**New Construction subject to lesser fee**
At any time during your new construction process you are feeling uneasy, D5 Home Inspections can provide you with a detailed report to ensure your builder is building your home as contracted. Though not ethical, builders can cut corners to maximize profits. This report gives you a detailed look, to ensure you are getting all that you are paying for.

Pre-Listing Inspections
Before listing your home on the market, a pre-listing inspection is a great idea for avoiding flaws and/or conditions that may arise during the buyers inspection. This will allow you to make changes necessary prior to listing. This will put more money in your pocket at closing without having to pay unexpected costs to your buyer.


1-Year Builders Warranty Inspections
After building a new home, it is always best practice to have a 11-month warranty inspection, to avoid out of pocket costs in the future. With any flaws or defects listed on your 11-month warranty inspection, you will be able to present them to your builder to be covered under your home's 1-Year builder warranty.

Single Component/Follow-Up Inspections
For peace of mind that work was correctly completed to expectations from a prior home inspection or repair service (plumbing, hvac, handy-man jobs, etc.), contact D5 Home Inspections to take a look at the job!
